Our next meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2021 at 7 pm and will be held at Christ’s Church Fleming Island (1859 Town Hall Circle). We will provide a Zoom link for those who prefer not to meet in person.

All members are encouraged to nominate a nonprofit for consideration each quarter. The nomination window will be open from September 1-27. Click here to make your nomination. Nominees must be a certified 501(c)3 and be headquartered in and serve Clay County.
We will choose 3 of the nominees randomly on September 28 and invite them to attend our meeting on October 28 to share about their mission and how they’ll use any donations received from the 100+. During the meeting, members will vote to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awardees. Awardees will receive 50%, 30%, and 20% (respectively) of that quarter’s donation. Members must be present (either in person or via Zoom) on October 28 in order to vote.
Be prepared to make your donation on or before October 28 via cash, check made out to Impact Clay, or PayPal. PayPal charges a fee so kindly make your donation for $103 so the nonprofits receive a full $100 donation. We are trusting in good faith that if you sign up to be a member, you will honor your donation commitment even if you are not present and that you will do so within one week of the meeting date. If you miss the meeting, or attend via Zoom, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements to pick up your donation if not using PayPal.
