Members may nominate a Clay County nonprofit any time between March 1-26. We will hold a random drawing via Facebook Live shortly after the window closes to determine the April recipients.
Representatives from each of the chosen nonprofits will attend the April 27 meeting to share about their mission and how they’ll use any donations received from the 100+. During the meeting, members will vote to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awardees. Awardees will receive 50%, 30%, and 20% (respectively) of that quarter’s donation. Members must be present at the meeting on January 26 in order to vote.

Be prepared to make your donation on or before April 27 via cash, check made out to Impact Clay, or PayPal. PayPal charges a fee, so your contribution will be in the amount of $103 so the nonprofits receive a full $100 donation. We are trusting in good faith that if you sign up to be a member, you will honor your donation commitment even if you are not present and that you will make your donation within one week of the meeting date. If you miss the meeting, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements to pick up your donation if not using PayPal.
